Using the site means you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.

Everything here is pre-loved and there is exactly one of it. When it's gone, it's gone — we can't reorder, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Because of that, adding something to your bag doesn't hold it. A piece is only yours once payment completes. If someone pays first while you're at checkout, we'll tell you straight away and nothing will be charged.

We describe condition honestly and photograph pieces as they are, including their flaws. Colours can look slightly different between screens.

Measurements are taken by hand and may vary by a centimetre or so. If a piece arrives materially different from how we showed it, that's on us — see returns.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is shown separately before you pay.

We're prepaid only, through Razorpay. If a price is listed wrongly through an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it — we'll tell you why.

She Coins are a thank-you for donating, not money. 4 coins are worth ₹1 at checkout, and they can cover up to 50% of an order.

Donating earns up to 150 coins per piece. Coins are credited for the pieces we can actually re-home, once your bag has been sorted — which is why the site says "up to" rather than a fixed number.

Coins have no cash value, can't be transferred or withdrawn, and are forfeited if an account is closed. We may reverse coins credited by mistake or obtained by abuse.

Pieces you donate become ours once collected, and we may sell, repair, recycle or pass them on. We can't return a donated piece after collection.

Please only send things you're free to give away, and nothing counterfeit, unsafe or unhygienic.

Keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

We may suspend an account being used fraudulently, or to abuse the coins or returns system.

We stand behind what we sell and the promises on this page. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing here removes rights you have under Indian consumer law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top always shows when. The version in force is the one published when you ordered.
